Location and staff are perfect, I loved comfortable bed;))

There's stain in some areas.

I had the continental breakfast with donuts.

I would recommend this hotel, and will come back if and when I visit San Francisco. Overall the place is fairly clean and secure, it met requests.

Reasonably clean and affordable place. Cheap and huge room, incredible breakfast. The staff was helpful, attentive, provided a family atmosphere. It was in an unbeatable location with Asian Art Museum nearby.

Delightful food, spectacular view, outstanding service. The staff was fabulous and everything was incredible. Beautifully designed room, clean bathroom, great beds. Prime location, within walking distance of mezzanine.

The staff was outstanding, the accommodation was luxurious and impeccably clean. I loved that I could get double room with a city view. Best possible location at a near distance from chinatown.

Generally, it's JOYFUL place, loved it. The well organised staff working throughout the hotel. Very perfect location to an upscale urban Shopping mall. The service is welcoming, includes overnight parking.

Fairly clean and low cost place, extremely helpful staff. I really enjoyed a vintage decor and antique furniture. Late check out too. Complimentary drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise...

Access to civic center subway stop, which is near the property.

Very clean budget hotel. We had a standard room, and we appreciated it. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Aq that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Moreover, we could use free Wi-Fi.
